Discreet Product Shipping and Customer Billing

To ensure your privacy, all of Mega Fragrance 's products are delivered in plain boxes with the return address (and not Mega Fragrance ). Moreover, on your credit card balance statements, all charges to your account by Mega Fragrance are also listed as Bliss.

Shipping Rates:

We offer either UPS or USPS to ship your order. If you select Standard shipping orders under 5lbs will ship USPS while orders over 5 lbs will ship UPS. Orders selecting UPS Ground or 2nd Day will be delivered by UPS.

High value orders over $250 will ship via UPS and will be billed at UPS Ground Rates.

UPS Shipping

UPS shipping options are billed at actual UPS rates plus $2.45 for packaging and handling.

Ship Methods - Domestic U.S.
Standard

When "Standard" shipping is selected, we use the most economical method, orders under 5lbs are ship via USPS and over are shipped via UPS.

  • The transit time for Standard shipping is 3-7 business days.
  • This is the only ship method that delivers to a P.O. Box location within the U.S.
  • Smart post is a service in which UPS may transfer the shipment to USPS to be delivered. Orders from 1-5 pounds will ship in this fashion, this method will come with either UPS or USPS tracking information.

UPS Ground
  • This UPS method is for those who prefer packages be shipped via UPS Ground only.
  • The transit time for this ship method is 1-5 business days.
  • UPS Ground does not deliver to P.O. Box locations.
2-day UPS
  • 2-day UPS Express will deliver within 2 business days.
  • This method does not deliver to P.O. Box locations.
Ship Methods to Canada
USPS
  • USPS shipments to Canada are approximately 7-9 business days in transit.
  • This is the only ship method that delivers to a P.O. Box location within Canada.
  • Tracking information is not provided with USPS shipments to Canada.
  • This method may not always be available due to weight and value restrictions.
  • Customs inspections might slightly delay the delivery of shipments from the US into Canada. Customs and duties fees may be applied to the recipient by Canadian Customs/ Border Inspections.

Inventory information

We do not keep all merchandise in inventory, in our warehouses. We cannot guarantee that a product listed as "In Stock" will actually ship right away, as inventory can change significantly from day to day. In rare cases, a product may be out of stock when you place your order or sold out by the time your order is processed. If any selected merchandise is temporarily out of stock, your credit card will not be charged until the merchandise is shipped to you. Please note: Any items not in stock when you place your order will be shipped immediately when received from the manufacturer at no additional cost.

Back-orders (Out-Of-Stock Items)

In the event that a back order occurs, you will receive notification via email. Backorders are shipped as they become available at no additional ship charge, please allow 1 to 2 weeks for delivery. If you would like more information on a back ordered item, or if you prefer to cancel the back order, please contact Mega Fragrance referencing your order number.

** Drop shipping is now offered worldwide.

Customs and Import Duties Information

You may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; Mega Fragrance has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. Additionally, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the products. It is your responsibility to know the laws of your country and community as they apply to adult products. We will not be held responsible nor will we issue credit for items seized by the customs service of any country.


Return Policy

Returning promotion products

Returns for refund will nullify your promotion savings.
For example:
Your purchased the following kit:
Regular price ($)
Product 1 $35
Product 2 $15
Product 3 $8
------------- -----
Subtotal: $58
Promotion: $-10
You paid: $48

After you received the kit, you decided that you didn't want Product 2 and you want to return Product 2 for a refund. In this case, your refund will be $5. The regular price of Product 2 is $15, minus the $10 promotion applied to the kit = $5.

Please note, that if you wanted to return a product that cost less than the promotion savings total, you will not be eligible to receive a refund. This would be the case if you wanted to return Product 3 in the example above.

This rule does not apply to exchange of exact item purchased. If one of the products is broken or defective, we will exchange it, for an identical replacement, free of charge within 30 days from date of purchase.

Returning Videos

Due to the ease of duplication, video and audio discs (DVDs and CDs) are returnable only if the seal is unbroken. You may return unopened videos for up to 30 days after purchase. In exchange, you will receive either a store credit in the amount of the purchase (minus the cost of shipping and handling) or a replacement item of the same value. We can only accept opened videos for return if they are broken or defective, in which case we will send you another copy of the same video at our cost. We cannot offer credit or an exchange for a different product for any video that has been opened. Before you return any item, please contact our Customer Service Department by submitting a Support Ticket.

In your return package please include:

The packing slip

A note explaining the problem

A note stating whether you would like a refund or an exchange for another item.

Please allow up to 3 weeks to receive your replacement or refund. We are dedicated to carrying only the highest quality products and maintaining attentive customer service. We hope you have been and will be happy with our services.

We will accept unused product with return authorization approval number. Please do not attempt to return without contacting Mega Fragrance first. Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. If you receive a defective product we will gladly replace it within 30 days of sale.

Dropshipped Returns:

Dropshipped items may only be returned if product is defective upon arrival. We will not accept returns for drop ship items that are not defective.
